Buffalo Turkey can be warmed a bit or served cold.
Cilantro Lime Dressing:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to assemble tacos.
Tacos:
  1. In a bowl, mix cooked turkey, buffalo wing sauce and cilantro.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to assemble tacos.
To assemble: Fill a tortilla with lettuce, Buffalo Turkey*, avocados, carrot, celery and feta cheese. Drizzle with Cilantro Lime Dressing and garnish with optional fresh cilantro, green onions and a wedge of lime.   Excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate, pantothenate, magnesium, zinc and selenium. Good source of calcium and iron.
