  1. Cut turkey into narrow strips; set one-third of strips aside.
  2. Toss remaining turkey, lettuce, bean sprouts and onions in bowl or wok. Arrange reserved turkey on top; chill.
  3. Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, oil, honey, hoisin sauce, water, ginger root and mustard.
  4. At serving time pour over salads; sprinkle sesame seeds and noodles on top. Garnish with red ginger or carrot flowers, if desired.
