Tandoori Turkey Drumsticks

Serves: 3
Prep karne ka time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 turkey drumsticks
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (kam se kam 2% fat use karein)
  • Lehsoon ki 3 kaliyaan, chopped finely
  • 1.5 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp kali mirch powder
  • 1 tbsp pudina leaves, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp dhaniya leaves, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt

Garnish karne ke liye

  • 1 tsp dhaniya leaves, chopped finely

Tandoori Turkey Drumsticks

Directions

  1. Ek bade bowl mein except for turkey, sabhi ingredients ko ek saath whisk karein. Turkey add kar lein aur marinade se sabhi sides coat karein. Room temperature par cover kar ke 1 se 2 hours ke liye alag rakh dein.
  2. Oven ko 375ºF par preheat karein. Ek wire cooling rack par oil lagayen aur baking sheet kay upar rakh dein.
  3. Bake karein: Turkey ko rack par rakhein aur bake karein har side ko about 25 minutes tak ya until juice runs clear. Broiler ko on kar dein and broil until charred in spots. Maine har side ko do minutes tak broil kiya. Iss step par isse closely watch karein. Yeh ensure kar lein ki drumsticks ka internal temperature has reached 165F.
  4. Dhaniye ke leaves se garnish karke ise garma-garam serve karein.

Serves: 6
Prep karne ka time: 2 hours
Cook karne ka time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Turkey ki 6 thighs (1500g/53 ounce) – bite-size ke chunks mein chop ki huyee
  • ½ cup (120 grams) Greek yogurt - ya thick natural yogurt (full fat)
  • 2 Tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 Tbsp ginger paste
  • Poore ek neemboo ka juice
  • 1 tsp pisa hua dhaniya
  • ½ tsp haldi
  • ½ tsp zeera
  • ½ tsp jaayphal
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • ½ tsp daalchinee
  • ½ tsp namak
  • ½ tsp kali mirch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil - grill karne se pehle turkey par brush karne ke liye
  • 2 cup taaza kata hua dhaniya

Directions

  1. Bowl ya freezer bag mein turkey ki thighs ke slices ke saath yogurt, lehsun, adrak, lemon juice, dhaniya, haldi, zeera, jaayaphal, garam masaala, chilli powder, daalchinee, namak aur kali mirch milaen.
  2. Sabhi ko milane ke baad, isse cover kar dein aur marinate karne ke liye two se three hours ke liye refrigerator mein rakh dein.
  3. Wooden skewers ko paani mein soak karein while the turkey is marinating, agar aap isse use karna chaahte hain. Is-se grilling karte samay inke burn hone ki possibility kam ho jayegi. Marinated turkey ko refrigerator se nikalne ke baad skewers par lagaayein.
  4. Turkey par oil brush karna chahiye, grill par rakha jaana chahiye, aur ise kuchh baar flip karte hue 8 se 10 minutes tak grill karna chahiye, until it is thoroughly done. Aap isse itne hi samay tak kisi grill ya barbeque ke neeche bhi broil kar sakte hain.
  5. Meat ke sabse thick part mein insert kiya gaya meat thermometer jab 165°F dikhaata hai, tab turkey taiyyar hai.
  6. Serve karne se pehle taaza kata dhaniya oopar se sprinkle karein.

Prep karne ka time: 30 minutes
Cook karne ka time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pisaa hua turkey
  • ½ white onion, diced
  • 2 tsp namak
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 2 Thai bird chillies, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup dhaniya, coarsely chopped
  • 6 pudina leaves, chiffonade
  • Cheddar cheese ke 4 slices, ya apki choice ka koi bhi cheese
  • 4 burger buns
Sauce ke liye:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sriracha ya apki choice ki koi hot sauce
  • 1 lime, zested aur juiced
Fixings:
  • ½ cup lettuce
  • ½ of one tomato, sliced
  • 2 pickles, sliced

Turkey Masala Burgers

Directions

  1. Sauce ke liye, sabhee ingredients ko ek saath mix karein aur ek side mein rakh dein (ise refrigerator mein rakha ja sakta hai).
  2. Medium heat (350-450°F) par direct cook karne ke liye apni grill ko pehle se garam kar lein. Scrape grill aur brush se vegetable oil lagaayein.
  3. Ek bade bowl mein, apni sabhi ingredients ko milayein aur 4 equal patties banayein.
  4. Turkey Masala Burgers ko close rakhte hue har side 5-7 minutes tak grill karen, as much as possible. While the burger is still on the grill, cheese slice add karein. Burger ka internal temperature 165°F par pahunchne tak cook karein.
  5. Buns ko grill par toast karein, then buns par spicy mayo smear karein.
  6. Burgers ko lettuce, tomato ke saath aur ooper se pickles daal kar serve karein.
