Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Stir in turkey; cook stirring frequently, breaking up with spoon, until no longer pink. Add red pepper, water chestnuts, carrot, onion, coriander, hoisin sauce, sesame oil and chili garlic paste until well combined; let cool.
Place wonton wrappers in a small muffin tin, making a cup with each wonton wrapper. Spoon 1 tbsp of the ground turkey mixture into each wonton cup.
Place muffin tin in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the wonton wrappers become crispy. Serve with plum or sweet chili sauce.
