2 pounds boneless skinless turkey breast, cut into strips
4 limes cut in half, grilled
16 skewers
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce, sugar, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper to make the marinade.
Place turkey into a large ziplock bag or a deep dish.
Pour half of the marinade mixture into your dish or ziplock bag and marinate for up to 24 hours. Reserve the rest of the sauce to glaze the turkey on the BBQ.
Soak the skewers in water.
Thread the turkey onto the skewers.
Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the meat is completely cooked.
Remove the skewers from the grill and brush the turkey with the remaining marinade.
Serve with raw vegetables and grilled limes for even more flavour!
