½ cup (125 mL) grated fat-reduced mozzarella cheese
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Meanwhile in a large bowl mix together tomato sauce, onion, oregano and garlic. Stir in drained noodles and turkey.
In a 2 quart (2.5 L) casserole dish, spoon noodle mixture into the bottom.
Mix ricotta cheese and parmesan together and spread on top of noodle mixture; top with remaining noodle mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top, then crumble the reserved ricotta on top.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbling and ricotta is golden brown.
