• 2 Tbsp (30 mL) butter
• ¼ cup (65 mL) onion, grated and sautéed in the butter
• 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) cayenne
• 1 ½ tsp (7.5 mL) Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup
• ¼ cup (65 mL) mayonnaise
