In large plastic bag combine orange, lemon and lime juices, oil, honey, cilantro, chili powder, garlic, salt, cumin and pepper – seal bag and shake to mix well.
Add turkey steaks or fillets to marinade, seal bag and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
Prepare barbeque for direct heat cooking. Cook approximately 4-6 minutes per side until no longer pink in centre, juices run clear and meat thermometer reaches 170°F (77°C).
