Serves : 4 - 6
  1. In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs and onion.  Add 1/3 cup (75 mL) sauce, salt and pepper and combine thoroughly.  Form mixture into 4 to 6 patties.
  3. Grill on medium-high heat about 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in center.
  4. Baste with remaining sauce after burgers have been turned.
  5. Serve on crispy lettuce on a toasted sesame bun.
