Combine ground turkey, jalapeno, cheese, corn meal, salt and egg whites. Mix well.
Cut bacon strips into half lengthwise. Place a heaping tablespoon in the middle of each piece of bacon and roll into small bombs.
Grill over direct medium heat for about 10 minutes on one side. Turn and brush generously with barbeque sauce and then grill for an additional 10 minutes until they are fully cooked. Serve hot.
