TIP: Use any combination of cheese that you might have left over from your cheese board.
  1. Preheat oven 350F
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the turkey, vegetables, 1 cup shredded cheese, bread and herbs.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the bread bowl and stir to combine until everything is well coated.
  5. Spray a 9x11 baking dish with non-stick spray and pour the strata mixture into the baking dish.
  6. Dollop the cranberry sauce evenly over the top of the strata and then scatter the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top.
  7. Cook in the oven on the middle rack for 45min.
  8. Serve with warmed leftover gravy.
