Substitute turkey tenderloins for turkey slices; increase cooking time, as necessary, depending on thickness.
  1. In a shallow dish mix lime juice and rind. Place turkey in juice, turning to coat both sides. Marinate 30 to 60 minutes.
  2. Mix crushed chips and chili powder on a piece of wax paper. Coat each side of turkey with crushed chips.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey slices about 2 to 3 minutes on each side just until done. Transfer to a baking sheet. Spoon salsa over turkey pieces, top with grated cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
  4. Garnish with coriander and lime slices, if desired.
