Cook Time: 20 mins
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients and refrigerate.
  3. Combine turkey, garlic, lemon zest, pine nuts, parsley and salt and pepper.
  4. Form into small 1-inch thick patties and pan fry until lightly brown.
  5. Transfer to a baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Serve in a warm pita with a dollop of yogurt sauce and your favourite fresh vegetables like lettuce, tomato, green onion and cucumber.
