Combine all ingredients except turkey in a bowl. Mix well to incorporate flavours.
Pour mixture into a sealable bag, add turkey and let sit in the fridge for no more than 4 hours.
Preheat BBQ to 375°F | 190°C. Remove turkey breast from marinade and pat dry. Discard marinade.
Place the turkey breast over indirect heat and grill for 20 minutes. Flip the turkey once and grill for additional 15 minutes or until the inside temperature reaches 165°F | 75°C.
Set fully cooked turkey aside, cover loosely with tin foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
