Serves : 4
  1. In a large sauté pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and spices and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in turkey, tomato sauce, water, raisins, and olives.
  5. Bring to a rapid simmer, lower the temperature to medium-low, cover and continue to simmer for 8 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Place rolls cut side up under the broiler and toast.
  8. Spoon filling onto each half, top with grated cheese.
  9. Broil for 1 more minute until cheese melts. Serve with bun top.
