Serves: 4-6
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
  1. In a soup pot over medium heat sauté sausage and onion until golden brown.
  2. Add jalapeno, garlic and sauté until just soft.
  3. Add chicken stock, potatoes and spices and cook until potatoes are soft.
  4. Add corn and milk and bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Blend with a hand blender or table top blender until partly blended but still chunky.
  6. Add turkey and sausage. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish each bowl with fresh cilantro and a spoonful of sour cream
