Cook Time: 60 mins
  1. Preheat oven to 400 ° F.
  2. Place the thighs on a baking sheet. Add 1 tbsp of oil, 1g of salt and 1g of pepper.
  3. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the thighs are cooked throughout
  4. Fray with forks or cut into pieces.
  5. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the udon noodles for 3-5 minutes. Drain.
  6. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
  7. Add the kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add broth, soy sauce and maple syrup to the mix. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add 1 tbsp of butter to the noodles and turkey mix to taste. Mix all ingredients together during 1 minute. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  10. Serve and garnish with the egg yolks, green onion and 2 tbsp of sesame seeds.
