This hamburger stuffed with cheese and beer is the ultimate decadent meal. A great collaboration with Think Turkey and Budweiser beer! Trust me, you’ll want seconds…
- In a bowl, put the ingredients for the mayonnaise, season generously with salt and pepper and mix well. Set aside in the refrigerator.
- In a large bowl, put the ground turkey, the beer, the breadcrumbs, the Montreal steak seasoning and mix well. Form four balls and using your thumb, dig a big hole in the center to stuff with cheese. Close the hole with the meat and flatten to form four patties.
- Preheat the barbecue to high heat, then reduce to medium heat. Oil the grids. Put the turkey patties on the BBQ and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the meat is cooked through.
- Spread 1 to 2 Tbsp of sauce on the bottom and top bun and place a patty. Add a lettuce leaf and 2 pancetta chips, close with the top bread and secure with a long toothpick!
