Serves : 4-6
  1. Cook ground turkey with onion, red pepper and garlic in large skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix in tomato sauce and barqecue sauce, water, macaroni pasta and diced tomatoes.
  3. Bring to boil, cover and simmer over med-high heat for 8 minutes.
  4. Add chopped kale.
  5. Cover and simmer for 5 more minutes. Stir in grated cheddar cheese.
