  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pack into a 4” x 8” (10 x 20 cm) non-stick loaf pan and smooth the top.
  4. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 165ºF (74ºC).
  5. Remove and allow to rest uncovered for 5-10 minutes.
