Serves : 4
Turkey Filling:
  1. Heat the oil in a heavy pan. Add the onion, and fry for a few minutes until softened. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute. Add the ground turkey to the pan.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the taco seasoning, and add to the turkey. Stir and fry together for a few minutes, until the turkey is cooked.
  3.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Guacamole:
  1. Crush together the avocado, lime juice and garlic.
  2. Season to taste with salt and some extra lime juice, if desired, and stir in the chopped cilantro.
Cabbage slaw:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and season to taste.
  2. Add some extra mayonnaise, if you like your slaw creamier.
To serve:
  1. Gently reheat the turkey filling.
  2. Warm a tortilla in a pan, or in an oven.
  3. Slather on the cabbage slaw.
  4. Add the turkey filling, and top with guacamole and sour cream.
  5. Squeeze some lime juice on top, if desired, roll up and serve.
