Cook Time: 2 hrs
  1. Heat a large stock pot and add crumbed ground turkey, sausage and bacon, cooking until evenly browned. Drain off excess grease.
  2. Add beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, celery, green peppers, red peppers, bouillon, beer, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, cumin, hot pepper sauce, basil, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika and sugar.
  3. Stir, then cover and simmer over low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Adjust salt and pepper if required and serve with taco chips and shredded cheddar cheese.
